A lightweight and modular storage diagnostics toolkit written in C,
designed specifically for FreeBSD architectures.
It provides standalone libraries and dynamic bindings to safely extract
precise hardware drive identification properties (similar to smartctl -i),
active filesystem partition mount topologies, and raw S.M.A.R.T. vendor
attribute matrices.
Features include:
- Native libcam/GEOM transport layer interaction via taskfiles.
- SCSI SAT ATA PASS-THROUGH (16) handling to bypass USB bridge limits.
- Robust text heuristics to classify SSD, HDD, NVMe, and card readers.
- Non-blocking kernel getfsstat integration to prevent hung mount delays.
- Production-ready native high-performance bindings for Lua and Perl 5.
The GLPI Agent is a generic management agent.
This agent is based on a fork of FusionInventory agent and so works mainly
like FusionInventory agent. It introduces new features and a new protocol to
communicate directly with a GLPI server and its native inventory feature.
Anyway it also keeps the compatibility with FusionInventory for GLPI plugin.
